Purchase by Phone is a Dama de Copas service that allows you to quickly purchase your favourite pieces directly from one of our stores, without needing to complete the checkout process on the website.
Ideal for those who already know what they are looking for or have seen a model online and want to confirm availability in the right size.
How does it work?
Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 am to 18:00 pm (CET)
Call your Dama de Copas store
Confirm whether the item and desired size are available.
Quick identification
Our team collects only the essential information: first and last name, phone number or email address, and confirms that the model and size are suitable for you.
Payment via Link
Immediate invoicing.
Once payment is confirmed, the store will send the purchase invoice by email.
In-store pickup or delivery
Shipping is handled by the store and the shipping costs are the same as those applied on the online store. We will send you the tracking number.
Returns
Returns follow the same policy as online purchases, ensuring clarity and transparency.
