Common Questions

You can do a Bra Fitting consultation in any of our shops, on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to make an appointment, but, if you prefer, you can do so by contacting directly by phone or email with the shop you want to visit. If you are unable to visit one of our shops, you can also do an Online Fitting

The Bra Fitting consultation is free and without the obligation of purchase.

Our Online Fitting service allows you to do a Bra Fitting consultation remotely and without leaving your home. Face-to-face consultation will always have its advantages, but if you are unable to visit one of our shops, the Online Fitting will help you find your right bra size. 

If you do not feel safe and comfortable with the bra, if your chest comes out at the top, low or lateral part of the glasses and / or the contour band rises on your back, it is a sign that you do not use your correct size. You can know more about how to identify if the size you use is your correct size in our blog.

When wearing the right bra size, you will notice immediate differences! The breasts are elevated and centred, completely embraced by the bra, and its weight correctly distributed by the wings, cups and straps. With the use of the right bra you will feel more comfort throughout the day and improvements in your health in the long term, being possible to prevent back and shoulders pain, sagging skin, as well as improve posture. The breasts will also have a more beautiful shape and a more defined and stylized silhouette.

We recommend a size check-up every 6 months, in order to follow the natural changes of the breasts and body. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or breast surgery the time can be variable, and our advice is to do a new Bra Fitting consultation as soon as you feel changes in the size and / or shape of the breasts and back.
At Dama de Copas you will find more than 100 sizes available, from cup A to K and from back 28 to 46. We have options for all sizes of breasts and back, from the smallest / narrowest to the largest / widest.
Yes, all the pieces you try on during your Bra Fitting consultation are available for immediate purchase.
We put a prosthesis pouch in any bra, including strapless bras, sportswear, bikinis and swimsuits, in the case of mastectomized women. We do not have any other adjustment services or make changes to the bras.

We advise against buying bras or bikini tops if the person is not yet our client, as we do not know which size or models are more suitable. We suggest instead offering items that do not require Bra Fitting, such as pyjamas, dressing gowns and nightdresses, or a Gift Card.

You can redeem your Gift Voucher at any of our stores, within one year from the date of purchase. The value must be redeemed in full, in a single purchase.

The Git Catd can only be redeem at the online store, within one year from the date of purchase. 

Promotional cards and codes, whether they are given in-store, come from protocols with companies or partnerships with digital influencers, cannot be used in addition to other promotional campaigns currently in force, nor can they be used in conjunction with any other commercial practice with a price reduction, in any of the ways provided for by law, which is currently in force. They cannot also be used to purchase Gift Vouchers nor Gift Cards.

Bras, as well as other lingerie and swimwear, must be hand washed, with cold water, mild soap and without the addition of fabric softener. This way you will be protecting and preserving the pieces, increasing their durability. At Dama de Copas you will find a detergent, unique on the market, suitable for washing lingerie, our Lingerie Wash .

Online Shopping

At Dama de Copas we believe in the difference that the right bra makes, in terms of health and comfort, in a woman's life. Our mission is to advise you on the right bra size and models, even when buying from a distance.

1) Open the page of the item you want to buy. You can see all the items available here.

2) Select your size. If you are unsure of the best size for you, contact us via Chat. 

3) Click on “Add to Card” to add the item to the shopping basket.

4) You can continue to consult more models if you wish. When you've added all the items you want to buy, check your shopping basket (top right of the screen) and click on "End Order".

5) The list of products you have chosen will appear, as well as the total of your order. Click on "End Order".

6) To proceed, you will need to create an account or log in to your client area.

7) Fill in the form with the shipping information and Click “Continue”.

8) Select the payment method and follow the instructions. Once you're done putting in your payment information, click "End Order".

9) You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

If you have not yet done a Bra Fitting consultation at one of our shops and are unable to travel to one of them, this is the ideal service for you.

Do an Online Fitting, so we can help you discover your right bra size, as well as the most suitable pieces for you. You can access this free service in the following ways: You can select the pieces you want, adding them to the card, or give us general information about the type of bra you're looking for. 

The Online Fitting does not replace a face-to-face Bra Fitting consultation, but it is the solution to stop using the wrong bra size if you live far from our stores or simply do not have time to do an in-shop consultation.

Yes, you can always buy pieces online regardless of the time of your last Bra Fitting consultation. If you have experienced changes in the size of your breasts / back or are not sure if the size you tried on the last visit is still the correct one, we suggest that you perform an Online Fitting
It is not possible to discount Gift Vouchers online, only in stores.

You must request the change of address directly to DPD (shipping services).

Online Fitting
The Online Fitting is carried out by filling out a survey and indicating some measures. Additionally, we ask you to send photographs (with a bra on and without showing your face) so that our advisory can be as accurate as possible. After we receive your data, an analysis is made by a team of experienced consultants, who will contact you within 48 hours with our best recommendation of the size and models most suitable for you. 
Through your responses to the survey and sending photographs, it is possible for us to understand your breast shape, lifestyle and personal preferences, thus being able to give you recommendations on the best models for you.
In this video and on page 3 of the Online Fitting form you will find a brief explanation of how to take measurements. If you still have difficulties taking measurements, or if you have doubts whether you did it correctly, you can contact us via chat or by sending an e-mail to followup@damadecopas.pt.
The photos are mandatory and they’re a complement to the measurements and data on the form, helping us to conclude with greater accuracy which size is right and the best bra models for you. Watch this video to know how to take the photos.
Payments, Deliveries and Shipping Costs

We provide the shipping track number so that you can follow the route of your order within Portugal. Outside Portugal, if you need more information and want to continue tracking your order, you will need to contact the Post Service in the country in question. Dama de Copas is not responsible for delays and / or customs costs, being this responsibility of the client.

In case of trade or return of pieces via registered mail, the shipping costs * are carried by the client. Valid for trade and return of pieces purchased in shop or online.

In case of sending defective pieces via registered mail, the shipping costs are carried by the client in case the piece was purchased at a shop. If the piece was purchased online the costs are carried by Dama de Copas.

Exchanges, Returns and Defects

To make an exchange or return, please go to a store within 30 days of purchase. Valid only in the country where the purchase was made.

Exchange or return of unused and in perfect condition products will be accepted, upon presentation of the purchase receipt and original tags. Accessories, shapewear, or products incorporating lingerie bottoms or swimwear bottoms cannot be exchanged or returned. The return is processed as a refund voucher, which must be fully redeemed in a subsequent purchase, within a maximum period of one year.

Gift vouchers are valid for one year and must be fully redeemed at the time of exchange for products.

Purchases made between 01/11 and 24/12 can be exchanged or returned until 31/01.

When visiting the store for an exchange, a new bra fitting will be carried out to ensure that the newly chosen product meets your requirements.

If the purchased product seems to have a defect, you should go to a store, and bring the original tags, if you still have them. After a previous analysis, if we confirm that there is in fact a defect, you can choose between:

- Exchanging the product for another of equal or higher value. If the defective product was purchased during a promotion, when exchanging for an identical product (model and colour), the same discount is applied. If the exchange is made during a promotion that covers the new chosen product, the respective discount is applied;

- Getting a refund;

- Receiving a refund voucher valid for 1 year.

The maximum period to exchange or return a defective product is three years.


Products purchased online can only be returned online within 30 days after receiving the order.

The return of unused and in perfect condition products will be accepted, upon presentation of the purchase receipt and original tags.

You can ask for a return through our customer area, selecting the product(s) you wish to return and indicating the reason for the request. If, after a previous analysis, we find no reason for not accepting the return request, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange the purchased product(s), you must proceed with the return request and make a new purchase.
