A visit to our shops always starts with the presentation of the Dama de Copas collection. This is the moment when the consultant responsible for the fitting consultation collects the necessary information about the objectives of the consultation.

Assessment of the current bra

The consultation always starts with the assessment of your current bra. At this stage, various elements are checked, such as the position of the bra on your torso, the tension it exerts, the location of the underwires, and the level of adjustment of the straps.
Size Definition
Based on the assessment of your current bra, a first test is carried out to check the size issue. Usually, this test is carried out with soft-structured bras that allow to analyse in detail the characteristics of the client's breasts.

Wear the Bra Correctly

In each test, the consultant will demonstrate how to "position" the breast, so that your bra is positioned correctly.

We'll tryseveral styles of bras suitable for different types of clothing: full cup, plunge, strapless, transparent, skin-tight and sporty so that you can build your lingerie closet, having a model suitable for each situation. Your bra size can also be transposed into the swimwear collection, as they follow the same structure: cup and back size. In addition, you can try various brief models and/or shaping lingerie, following the purposes of your consultation.

During the consultation you will receive information about the care to be taken with the conservation of your lingerie.
Registry Update
At the end of each consultation, the customer registration is always updated so that we can follow the evolution of the sizes and models you acquired and tried on.
